Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
The short version: cancel 24 hours or more before your departure time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
Cancelling your booking
- 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure: 100% refund to your original payment method.
- Less than 24 hours before departure, or failure to show up at the meeting point: no refund.
- To cancel or reschedule, contact us by WhatsApp at +297 747 3738 or email info@valesramboadventures.com with your booking reference.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.
- Within 24 hours of departure, rescheduling is at our discretion.
If we cancel or change your tour
- Tours depend on weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsafe, we may cancel, reschedule, or move the departure to our sheltered backup launch location.
- If we cancel and you cannot make an alternative date, you receive a full refund.
- Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show if the group has departed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
